AlphaHIT Solutions is actively seeking experienced and compassionate PT/OT to support patients throughout the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. This is an excellent opportunity for licensed professionals who are passionate about improving patient outcomes and delivering high-quality rehabilitative care.

Location: Washington, DC Metro Area

Employment Type: Part-Time & Contract Opportunities Available

Responsibilities:

The Physical Therapist will provide skilled physical therapy services, including but not limited to:

• Physical Therapy Evaluations
• Reassessments
• Skilled Physical Therapy Treatment Visits
• Gait and Balance Training
• Functional Mobility and Transfer Training
• Therapeutic Exercise Programs
• Neuromuscular Re-education
• Fall Prevention and Home Safety Education
• Patient and Caregiver Education
• Development and Implementation of Individualized Treatment Plans
• Documentation and Care Coordination
• Compliance with Physician Orders, Regulatory Requirements, and Agency Policies

The Occupational Therapist will provide skilled occupational therapy services including, but not limited to:

• Occupational Therapy Evaluations

• Reassessments

• Therapeutic Treatment Visits

• Documentation and Care Coordination

• Patient/Caregiver Education

• Development and Implementation of Treatment Plans

• Compliance with Physician Orders and Agency Policies Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Active Physical/Occupational Therapist - Licensed in applicable jurisdiction(s)
• Graduate of an accredited program
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Home health experience preferred but not required
