Role Description
This is a full-time or Part-Time hybrid role for a Physical Therapist, based in Chicago, IL, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities remotely. The Physical Therapist will assess and create individualized rehabilitation plans, provide therapeutic treatments to improve mobility and relieve pain, and collaborate with patients and families to deliver high-quality care.
