What you’ll do
• Evaluations + individualized treatment plans
• Ongoing re-assessment and plan updates
• Family conferences + interdisciplinary staffing
• Discharge planning with home/community safety focus
• Coordinate care with patients, families, physicians, team
What we’re looking for
• PT degree (BS, MS, or DPT) from accredited program
• Active Texas PT license +2 years' experience preferred
• Neuro rehab experience strongly preferred
