Position Details

- Employment Type: Full-Time Preferred (Part-Time Considered)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000 annually

- Patient Population: Primarily Adults with occasional adolescent sports injury cases

Position Summary
The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside an interdisciplinary team of rehabilitation specialists in a collaborative outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish individualized plans of care
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy treatments and interventions
- Utilize therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and functional training strategies
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and home exercise programs
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Assist with supervision and mentorship of students as needed
- Ensure accurate coding and billing practices consistent with services provided
- Adhere to all organizational policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Texas Physical Therapist License or eligibility for licensure in Texas
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and assist with patient transfers as part of a care team
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout the workday
