• Assess and treat patients to help them achieve optimal outcomes
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Develop, market, and implement new therapy programs
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff
• Present educational in-services to fellow therapists and staff
• Assist with the overall operation and growth of the department
🎓 Qualifications:
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
