SITE MARKETING MANAGER
Location: Portland / Hybrid 3-4 days in office

We have an invitation waiting for a Site Marketing Manager who sees the website as both a brand canvas and a growth engine. This role shapes how our brand shows up online and how customers understand and move through the product. The ideal candidate has strong taste, sharp attention to detail, and moves easily between strategy and execution. In this role, you will be successful if you build a clear, cohesive, and high-performing site that drives conversion and strengthens the brand.
Responsibilities:
- Own the on-site experience across homepage, PDPs, collections, and key customer journeys
- Translate brand and product strategy into clear, compelling on-site storytelling
- Shape how the brand shows up through language, structure, and merchandising decisions
- Own site updates end to end—from concept through execution
- Lead the on-site rollout of new products, colors, and initiatives, ensuring launches feel cohesive and intentional
- Manage evergreen programs and product sets, guiding customers clearly into the line
- Use data and customer insights to refine product positioning and improve clarity, flow, and conversion
- Identify opportunities for optimization and implement solutions
- Partner with Brand, Creative, Product, and Growth to ensure alignment across teams
- Test and iterate thoughtfully, balancing experimentation with long-term brand integrity
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-growing, nimble environment
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in DTC ecommerce, site marketing, or a closely related role
- Strong brand instinct and understanding of how language, design, and structure work together
- Analytical mindset with comfort using data to inform decisions
- Ability to own work end to end and execute with minimal oversight
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with Shopify and common analytics or testing tools preferred
- Experience in apparel, intimates, or other fit-driven categories preferred
