EthosEnergy is recruiting for an Site Coordinator - Wind for its Cedar Creek wind farms located in Raymer, CO. The Site Coordinator will primarily be responsible for site administration. They will be responsible for coordination of parts/ spares for Cedar Creek Wind Farm. This will include purchase requisition, purchase order, goods receipt, and consumption, reordering, warehousing, process warranty claims, etc. They will also perform and implement day-to-day activities vital to support Maintenance within the computer based maintenance system(CMMS). They will gather maintenance activities and preventative maintenance schedules in CMMS. They will also train site team on Maintenance and inventory systems as required.
The key responsibilities of the Technical Representatives roles will be:
To comply with EthosEnergy and client quality, safety and environmental management systems and procedures always ensuring that all accidents/incidents/near misses/hazards are immediately reported, and relevant paperwork is completed.
Provide technical support for operational issues and actively contribute to client projects and initiatives to improve equipment uptime.
Lead planning and execution of routine maintenance, ensuring readiness for scheduled campaign maintenance (including availability of parts and consumables at site).
Understand SAP and able to raise any necessary notifications and plan work orders.
Support development, implementation and close out of management of change requests.
Act as hands on focal point/specialist, coordinating/providing technical and fault-finding support.
Active contribution/advising/coordinating frontline spares and critical spares holding.
Active contribution/advising/coordinating frontline hand tooling and specialised tool holding.
Active contribution/advising/delivering contract projects and initiatives.
Active contribution in providing input into preparation of method statements and work packs.
Active contribution to client maintenance strategies to further develop and optimise maintenance planning.
Provide technical support in the development of complex manpower, purchasing and repair proposals.
Complete client required training to become Permit Authority trained.
Closely interface with other employees, contractors, and client’s personnel.
Perform any other delegated duties or tasks as instructed by your line manager.
Provide adequate levels of support to site-based engineers during scheduled/unscheduled maintenance (day to day, yearly service; overhaul).
Provide reports on a regular basis to direct hierarchy detailing technical conditions, shutdown events, troubleshooting and improvement recommendations regarding unit operation and spare parts.
Review reliability and availability data and report any anomalies.
Participate and contribute to optimising short- and long-term maintenance plans.
