We are seeking a skilledShear / Press Brake Operatorto join our metal fabrication
team. The ideal candidate is a precision-oriented professional who takes pride in turning
raw sheet metal and plate into perfectly formed components. In this role, you will be
responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of hydraulic shears and press
brakes to meet demanding project specifications.

Key Responsibilities
? Machine Setup & Operation:Set up and operate press brakes and hydraulic
shears to cut and bend steel, aluminum, and other alloys.
? Precision Measurement:Use calipers, protractors, and tape measures to verify
dimensions and bend angles against blueprints.
? Blueprint Reading:Interpret technical drawings to determine bend sequences,
tooling requirements, and material allowances.
? Material Handling:Select proper dies and punches based on material thickness
and required radius; assist in moving heavy plates using forklifts or overhead
cranes.
? Quality Assurance:Perform first-article inspections and periodic checks to
ensure high-tolerance parts remain consistent throughout the production run.
? Tooling Maintenance:Monitor machine performance and perform routine
maintenance to ensure clean cuts and accurate bends.

Qualifications & Skills
? Experience:2+ years of experience operating a Press Brake and/or Industrial
Shear in a fabrication shop.
? Technical Math:Strong understanding of shop math, including decimals,
fractions, and basic geometry (calculating bend deductions and setbacks).
? Attention to Detail:Ability to detect material defects or machine deviations
before they lead to scrap.
? Physical Requirements:Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
? Safety Mindset:Expert knowledge of machine guarding and pinch-point safety
protocols.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-consciousIndustrial Painterto join our
team in Rosharon. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying high-
performance coatings to industrial machinery, structural steel, and equipment. This role
requires a mastery of specialized spray equipment and a deep understanding of coating
specifications to ensure long-lasting protection against the Texas elements.
Key Responsibilities
? Surface Preparation:Perform abrasive blasting (sandblasting), power tool
cleaning, and chemical stripping to prepare surfaces according to SSPC/NACE
standards.
? Application:Apply primers, epoxies, urethanes, and other industrial coatings
using airless, conventional, or HVLP spray systems.
? Equipment Maintenance:Clean and maintain pressure pots, spray guns,
hoses, and pumps to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
? Quality Control:Conduct wet/dry film thickness (WFT/DFT) tests and visual
inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.
? Safety Compliance:Strictly adhere to OSHA guidelines, including the proper
use of PPE, respirators, and fall protection when working at heights.

Qualifications & Skills
? Experience:Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in industrial painting.
? Technical Knowledge:Proficiency in mixing multi-part coatings (ratios, pot life,
and induction times).
? Physical Stamina:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and
withstand the Rosharon heat/humidity while wearing protective gear.
? Precision:Expert-level technique to avoid runs, sags, or "orange peel" finishes.
? Certifications:NACE or SSPC certifications are a major plus, but not required.
