Service Desk Technician

Position: Service Desk Technician

Compensation: $33 - $37 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Service Desk Technician to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide Tier 2 technical support via multiple channels
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms issues
• Support conference room AV environments
• Assist with digital signage systems
• Escalate complex issues to higher support levels
• Image, deploy, and support end-user devices
• Log incidents and requests accurately
• Maintain records for assigned equipment
• Create and update support documentation
• Participate in scheduled shift coverage

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3–4 years in Service Desk or Technical Support roles
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms
• Knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
• Experience with Active Directory
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with AV control systems
• Knowledge of room scheduling panels
• Familiarity with digital signage systems
