Turf Star Western (TSW) is seeking a detail‑oriented Service Advisor to serve as a critical liaison between our business‑to‑business customers and our service operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on communication, organization, and accuracy while supporting a fast‑paced service environment.

What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers, technicians, parts, and management
- Answer incoming customer calls and conduct detailed interviews to understand service needs
- Create, schedule, and manage work orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate technician scheduling and ensure required parts and resources are available
- Communicate with warranty vendors and manage all associated documentation and follow‑up
- Work closely with the Field Service Manager to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery
- Represent Turf Star Western professionally and ethically in all communications
What We’re Looking For
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and residing within 45 miles of the TSW facility in Rancho Cordova, CA
- Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
- Background in customer service, automotive service, or similar service‑based roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Experience with work order systems, inventory management, or purchasing platforms
- Highly detail‑oriented with strong organizational and follow‑up skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
- Preferred (not required):
- Small engine or mechanical knowledge
- Sales or service advisor experience
- Commercial turf, lawn, or construction equipment familiarity
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Primarily office‑based role with prolonged computer and phone use
- Regular verbal communication via phone and in person
- Occasional movement throughout facility for meetings or coordination
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs (e.g., boxes of paper)
