Senior Trial Paralegal

Our client is seeking an experienced Trial Paralegal/Specialist to support high-stakes litigation and serve as a lead paralegal on trial teams. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of trial preparation and logistics, from discovery through courtroom presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead trial support on active litigation matters
• Prepare witness materials, exhibits, and electronic presentations
• Coordinate trial logistics (war rooms, travel, equipment, vendors)
• Manage document production, including review, redaction, and organization
• Support discovery, filings, and case management databases
• Draft and proofread legal documents, including cite-checking
• Analyze and summarize documents, data, and depositions
• Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions in fast-paced environments
• Mentor junior staff and serve as a resource for trial support best practices

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of senior litigation paralegal experience with trial leadership
• Strong courtroom experience (first-chair support preferred)
• Proficiency with litigation tools (e.g., Relativity, Trial Director, CaseMap)
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Additional Details:

• Annual billable requirement: 1600 hours
• Ability to travel and work extended hours as needed
