The Role

  • Serve as lead plaintiff‑side attorney on serious personal injury matters
  • Manage cases from intake through resolution and trial

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with a seasoned litigation team on high‑stakes cases
  • Play a meaningful role in the continued growth of the Seattle practice

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of plaintiff‑side personal injury experience
  • First‑chair trial capability
  • Strong client relationship and case‑management skills
  • Interest in growing a book (or building one with firm support)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with long‑term partnership ambitions
  • Prior FELA experience is a plus, but not required—strong PI trial skills translate well


Compensation, Upside & Partnership

  • Base salary: $125K–$175K
  • Performance‑based bonus and contingency participation
  • Total compensation for strong performers typically ranges from $200K–$300K+, with additional upside tied to case results and growth


Partnership Track

  • Partnership consideration typically begins around $1M in annual receipts
  • Partnership is realistically achievable by the end of Year 2 for attorneys who meet performance benchmarks
  • Clear, merit‑based path with meaningful long‑term earnings potential
