The Role
- Serve as lead plaintiff‑side attorney on serious personal injury matters

Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of plaintiff‑side personal injury experience
- First‑chair trial capability
- Strong client relationship and case‑management skills
- Interest in growing a book (or building one with firm support)

- Prior FELA experience is a plus, but not required—strong PI trial skills translate well
Compensation, Upside & Partnership
- Base salary: $125K–$175K
- Performance‑based bonus and contingency participation
- Total compensation for strong performers typically ranges from $200K–$300K+, with additional upside tied to case results and growth
Partnership Track
- Partnership consideration typically begins around $1M in annual receipts
- Partnership is realistically achievable by the end of Year 2 for attorneys who meet performance benchmarks
