REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
What We’re Looking For
• 7 or more years of experience in Technical Program Management or Program Management within a technology environment
• Proven experience leading large, complex, cross-team programs with multiple dependencies
• Strong planning and execution discipline with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments
• High level of technical fluency and the ability to work effectively with engineering, architecture, and platform teams
• Experience presenting program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience managing program budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking
• Highly organized, results oriented, and detail focused
• Clear, proactive communicator capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and experience working in iterative development environments
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar program and delivery platforms
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Nice to Have
• Background in custom software development with familiarity across the full software development lifecycle
• Experience supporting engineering, platform, or digital product organizations
• Experience working in large scale enterprise environments such as travel, hospitality, ecommerce, or entertainment
JOB DESCRIPTION
What You’ll Do
• Own the end to end delivery of multiple concurrent technical programs, ensuring initiatives are well planned, funded, and delivered on schedule
• Develop and maintain integrated program roadmaps aligned to business and technology objectives
• Lead cross functional planning and execution across engineering, product, infrastructure, and business teams
• Coordinate milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource needs across multiple teams and workstreams
• Establish operating rhythms including status reporting, executive readouts, risk reviews, and stakeholder communications
• Own program budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting with a focus on transparency and accountability
• Provide clear, timely communication to senior leadership to support informed decision making and issue escalation
• Partner with senior leaders to align teams around shared goals and measurable outcomes
• Continuously identify and implement improvements to delivery processes, planning practices, and cross team collaboration
