Senior Program Manager – Systems & Transformation


This role is responsible for driving execution across strategic business initiatives while identifying systems, workflow, and operational improvements that accelerate organizational performance. This role is very fast paced and sits at the intersection of business objectives, systems thinking, operational execution, and modern AI-enabled program management.



About the Role



You will work directly with executive leadership to translate business priorities into actionable requirements, project plans, execution frameworks, and scalable systems solutions. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, gather requirements across multiple stakeholders, identify operational gaps, and create practical solutions that improve business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong program management fundamentals with systems thinking, operational curiosity, modern tooling expertise, and AI-enabled productivity.



Responsibilities



  • Partner directly with executive leadership to drive high-priority business initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Gather requirements across leadership, operations, engineering, pharmacy, patient support, and external stakeholders.
  • Translate business objectives into structured project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery frameworks.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, workflow breakdowns, and systems gaps that impact execution.
  • Work across teams to uncover root causes and develop scalable solutions.
  • Drive operational plan and operational transformation initiatives while maintaining alignment with broader organizational priorities.
  • Develop clear executive summaries, recommendations, status reporting, and action plans.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and modern operational platforms to accelerate planning, execution, analysis, and decision-making.
  • Partner with engineering and operational stakeholders to evaluate automation opportunities, workflow improvements, and systems enhancements.
  • Operate with a strong bias for action and ownership while minimizing unnecessary process overhead.
  • Support organizational scalability through improved documentation, process design, requirements management, and operational visibility.


Qualifications



  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Product Operations, Business Systems, Transformation, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong experience gathering requirements and converting ambiguity into executable plans.
  • Ability to build project plans, execution frameworks, and stakeholder alignment across multiple functions.
  • Experience identifying workflow inefficiencies, process gaps, or systems-related business challenges.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-level stakeholders.
  • High degree of ownership, accountability, and independent problem-solving ability.
  • Comfortable operating in environments where priorities evolve rapidly.


Required Skills



  • Experience in healthcare, telehealth, pharmacy, SaaS, technology, or regulated industries.
  • Experience working with engineering, product, systems, or operational teams.
  • Strong understanding of modern AI, PM tools, productivity platforms and teaching how to use the tools.
  • Experience using AI to improve requirements gathering, documentation, planning, analysis, reporting, or execution workflows.
  • Familiarity with automation platforms, workflow tools, analytics environments, or operational systems.
  • Experience supporting organizational transformation, scaling efforts, or turnaround initiatives preferred.


Preferred Skills



  • Develop clear visibility into active initiatives within the first 2–3 weeks.
  • Establish structured project plans and execution frameworks for assigned initiatives.
  • Identify high-impact workflow, systems, or operational gaps within the first 30 days.
  • Create actionable recommendations that improve execution speed, operational efficiency, or organizational throughput.
  • Demonstrate the ability to independently move initiatives forward with minimal leadership intervention.
  • Leverage AI-enabled workflows to improve productivity, execution speed, and decision-making.
