Senior Superintendent

We are searching for a Senior Superintendent for a general contractor specializing in ground-up multifamily projects. This candidate will lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout, ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-schedule project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct day-to-day field operations on multifamily construction projects
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site logistics
• Develop and maintain project schedules, including lookaheads and sequencing
• Enforce jobsite safety programs and ensure full OSHA compliance
• Oversee quality control and ensure work meets plans, specs, and code requirements
• Partner with Project Management on budgeting, procurement, and progress tracking
• Lead site meetings, inspections, and reporting (daily logs, progress updates)
• Identify and resolve field issues to maintain productivity and schedule

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience supervising ground-up multifamily construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and building systems
• Proven ability to manage large teams and complex job sites
• Skilled in reading drawings, scheduling, and field coordination
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
