Electrical Superintendent – Hyperscale Data Centers - Texas, USA
Location: Texas (Relocation Available)
Salary: $160,000 – $200,000 + Bonus + Benefits
About the Opportunity:
We’re working with a leading hyperscale data center contractor delivering some of the most complex and high-profile mission critical projects across the U.S. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are looking to hire an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead on large-scale data center builds.
This is a key leadership role where you’ll take ownership of electrical scopes on ground-up hyperscale projects, working alongside top-tier clients and project teams.
The Role:
As Electrical Superintendent, you will be responsible for driving field operations across major data center construction projects, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
- Lead and manage electrical field operations on hyperscale data center projects
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure performance, productivity, and accountability
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and General Contractors
- Drive project schedules and ensure milestones are met
- Maintain strict adherence to safety (OSHA), quality, and compliance standards
- Conduct site walks, progress reporting, and stakeholder updates
- Ensure all installations meet design specifications and client expectations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent on data center or large-scale commercial/industrial projects
- Strong background in mission critical / hyperscale environments preferred
- Experience managing projects valued at $20M+
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large field teams
- Experience managing subcontractor performance on complex builds
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, commissioning, and turnover processes
