• Proven experience supervising electrical construction projects
• Strong safety leadership with hands-on management of safety and environmental programs
• Experience managing job costs, productivity, forecasting, and quality reporting
• Ability to coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Demonstrated leadership of 15+ field personnel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• In-depth knowledge of applicable Building Codes
• Ability and willingness to work in the field and use tools when necessary
• Ability to meet physical demands of an active construction site
