Your Role:

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Representative position based in our Boston office. You’ll be part of a growing team focused on new business development, client relationship management, and strategic sales in the tech staffing space.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prospect, engage, and build relationships with decision-makers at companies across the U.S.
• Understand client hiring needs and collaborate with our recruiting team to deliver top-tier candidates
• Manage the full sales cycle – from cold outreach to closing deals and maintaining client accounts
• Track activity and performance against weekly and monthly goals
• Represent Maitsys’ brand and solutions with professionalism, creativity, and drive

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for sales, business development, and building relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Resilience and drive to hit and exceed targets
• Previous experience in sales, staffing, or recruiting is preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
