We’re hiring a Senior Property Operations Manager – Strategy & Analytics to help drive performance and visibility across a growing national portfolio of 140+ manufactured housing communities.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, operationally curious, and motivated by solving complex problems through data.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing

You will act as a central driver of operational insight, helping leadership stay ahead of issues and make better decisions by:

• Analyzing performance across key metrics (occupancy, delinquency, sales funnel, operational KPIs)
• Identifying underperforming communities and diagnosing root causes
• Partnering with Regional Managers to develop and track action plans
• Building and refining reporting that drives visibility and accountability
• Translating data into clear, actionable insights for leadership

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operations management, strategic planning, and team leadership
• Strong understanding of property management, real estate development, and asset optimization
• Skills in budget management, financial analysis, and resource allocation
• Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Experience with project management and process improvement strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
