- Lead RFP/RFQ processes, vendor bidding, and contract negotiations for property operations, capital projects, and corporate spend
- Drive vendor consolidation initiatives and establish preferred vendor programs and national pricing agreements
- Identify and execute on cost savings opportunities through benchmarking, data analysis, and strategic sourcing
- Build and maintain procurement policies, controls, and best practices across the organization
- Partner with Asset Management and Property Management teams to align procurement with operational and financial goals
- Track and report on spend analytics, savings initiatives, and vendor performance metrics
- Evaluate and implement procurement systems and tools to improve efficiency and visibility
- Serve as the internal lead for vendor relationships at a corporate level, ensuring quality, accountability, and scalability
What We’re Looking For

- Experience in a multi-site or portfolio-based environment (real estate, property management, hospitality, retail, or similar)
- Strong background in RFP processes, contract negotiation, and vendor management
- Proven ability to drive cost savings and operational efficiencies at scale
- Experience working with procurement or ERP systems (AppFolio, Yardi, Coupa, or similar)
- Strong analytical and financial acumen (budgeting, cost modeling, spend tracking)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across departments
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or Real Estate preferred
Important Note
This is a corporate-level procurement role focused on strategy, systems, and vendor optimization.
It is not a field-based construction management or on-site purchasing position.
