We are currently recruiting for this position, which offers a salary range of $95,000 to $140,000. This position qualifies for participation in our annual employee bonus program.

Who you are:
You have experience in and enjoy working the
full life-cycle of talent acquisition – from working with hiring managers on needs assessments to coordinating the onboarding of new employees. Full life -cycle isn’t for everyone, but if it’s your thing this is one of the best places in the world to do it. You have experience acquiring talent for both
technical (e.g. software engineering, devops, QA, etc.)
and business (e.g. marketing, financial, legal, and customer support) roles. You are someone that would like the opportunity to contribute to other areas of HR (e.g. talent management, employee engagement, or other
HR special projects) when the number of open roles allows. You are a creative thinker that knows how to connect with and attract both
active and passive job seekers. You embrace your role in providing a
candidate experience of the highest quality.
What you will do:
In short - You will be the leader of the talent acquisition function at GS1 US. You’ll be equipped with the latest technology, proven employee value propositions that resonate with candidates, a world-class culture, highly collaborative work environment, competitive pay, and elite benefits to attract the best and brightest to GS1 US. You will work collaboratively with hiring managers to assess their needs and develop talent acquisition strategies Here are a few other details:
Lead and create unforgettable candidate experiences by managing the oversite of company careers website and recruiting social media pages.
Work with Human Resources colleagues and hiring managers to establish hiring criteria, create and/or modify job descriptions.
Review resumes and pre-screen candidates as necessary based on hiring manager’s requirements.
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Lead efforts to drive diversity recruiting for all areas across the organization, report key metrics on hiring
Contribute to broader Human Resources initiatives as time allows (e.g., onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, or HR special projects
Ensure the GS1 US Employer Branding Strategy, as part our talent attraction focus, inspires and attracts both emerging, experienced and diverse talent.
- Build a data-driven talent acquisition function with simple but robust processes, including analytics, dashboards, and ATS reporting, and a culture of continuous improvement using data insights to shape our talent acquisition priorities.
