A well-established and growing real estate firm is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join their team and oversee a portfolio of commercial and multifamily properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle accounting for multiple property entities
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements
- Manage tenant billing, rent rolls, and lease activity
- Perform CAM reconciliations and monitor receivables
- Support annual budgets, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Partner with asset management and ownership on reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 7+ years of property accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of lease structures (NNN, gross, modified gross)
- Hands-on CAM reconciliation experience
- Yardi experience required
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple properties and meet deadlines
