We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in PropTech and Transportation technology solutions. The ideal candidate will lead complex technical projects, work closely with cross‑functional teams and clients, drive successful implementations, and contribute to client retention and business growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership, and a client‑facing mindset.



About the Role



We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in PropTech and Transportation technology solutions.



Responsibilities



  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale technical projects across PropTech and Transportation domains, from initiation to closure
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
  • Serve as the primary client‑facing point of contact, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and stakeholder alignment
  • Drive implementation and rollout of software platforms and technology solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, operations, and business teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Own client retention initiatives, proactively addressing issues and identifying value‑added opportunities
  • Support growth initiatives by identifying upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Ensure project governance, documentation, and reporting using best practices (Agile/Scrum/Hybrid)
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and project team members
  • Facilitate executive‑level status updates and steering committee meetings


Qualifications



  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Project Management
  • Strong background in PropTech and/or Transportation technology platforms
  • Proven experience leading client‑facing projects with enterprise customers
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated success in team handling and cross‑functional leadership
  • Hands‑on experience with software implementation and system integrations
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment


Preferred Skills



  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Scrum certification
  • Experience with cloud‑based platforms, IoT, data platforms, or smart infrastructure systems
  • Prior experience supporting client retention and account growth strategies
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams
