PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Accomplish initiative goals through appropriate methodologies for gathering, defining, and documenting requirements, process and data flows, analysis, and project and change management.
- Perform effective risk and issue management, including reporting and escalation to ensure timely resolution and mitigation.
- Leverage conflict management and problem-resolution skills to address challenges.
- Utilize resources effectively, monitor and track budgets, and adjust expenditures while working within approved financial parameters.
- Identify, document, and baseline change requests related to scope, time, and schedule.
- Communicate initiative status and operational issues clearly to sponsors, team members, and stakeholders through appropriate channels.
- Provide strong customer service by demonstrating professionalism, managing challenging situations, meeting commitments, responding promptly to needs, and incorporating feedback to improve service delivery.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrated experience using multiple methodologies and tools in business analysis, project management, process improvement, and change management to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and work sessions to evaluate and analyze situations, providing data to support decision-making by executive sponsors, project sponsors, and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to foster high-performing teams and optimize resources to achieve initiative outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across a diverse, matrixed environment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology (IT), Healthcare, or a related field, or a total of nine (9) years of applicable professional experience.
Certification:
Two (2) professional certifications in project management, Lean Six Sigma, business analysis, or change management.
Experience in a healthcare delivery environment.
