Duties and responsibilities of the position include the following: Performs project coordination duties; performs project management duties to ensure that all projects are completed in a safe, professional manner, within budget and schedule guidelines, and at a fair profit.

- Performs project coordination duties.

- Performs or supervises project activities.
- Performs a leadership role.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Knowledge of all phases of construction.
- Knowledge of scheduling complex projects.
- Skill at identifying changes and discrepancies in plans and schedules.
- Ability to provide leadership for projects and company.
- Ability to present information in a clear and understandable manner.
Education & Experience
- B.S. in Construction, Engineering, or related field or equivalent through experience.
- 10 years’ experience in the construction industry with a minimum of years’ in project management.
