On behalf of our client, DiPasquale Moore Law Firm (“DM Law”), we are searching for a Senior Personal Injury Paralegal. Our client is a distinguished law firm known for its exceptional legal services and client-centric approach. Specializing in personal injury, workers' compensation, wrongful death, and insurance disputes, the firm has earned a reputation for achieving superior outcomes for its clients. RESPONSIBILITIES


DM Law is seeking a Senior Personal Injury Paralegal (“Paralegal”) to work closely with one attorney and serve as the primary litigation support throughout the life of a case - from initial investigation through trial preparation and resolution. In this role, you will manage complex personal injury matters, ensuring cases move forward efficiently while maintaining responsive and compassionate communication with clients.

The ideal candidate is an experienced personal injury litigation paralegal who is comfortable managing complex cases while working closely with an attorney. This individual is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a busy caseload, keep multiple matters moving forward, and maintain strong communication with clients, attorneys, and other legal professionals. A proactive, team-oriented approach and commitment to excellent client service are essential.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain consistent communication with clients through phone calls, text messages, emails, and scheduled meetings
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 45–65 high-value, complex personal injury cases from intake through resolution
  • Maintain and organize client files, including reviewing and summarizing case-related documents
  • Draft legal documents including discovery requests, expert designations, motions, and notices
  • Prepare and submit electronic filings through state and federal court systems
  • Communicate with opposing counsel, court clerks, insurance companies, and lien resolution providers
  • Review medical and billing records and prepare medical chronologies and billing summaries
  • Assist with case investigation and legal research as needed
  • Support trial preparation, including drafting jury instructions, deposition designations, and witness and exhibit lists
  • Maintain case calendars and track deadlines for hearings, depositions, mediations, and scheduling orders


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE


  • 5+ years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience, preference for plaintiff side.
  • Experience managing complex injury cases from intake through resolution or trial
  • Background managing high volume caseload (approx.45–65 cases)
  • Skilled in reviewing medical records and billing records, including preparing medical chronologies and billing summaries
  • Ability to draft discovery, motions, notices, and other litigation documents
  • Familiarity with state and federal electronic filing systems
  • Experience supporting trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and deposition summaries
  • Ability to manage case deadlines, hearings, mediations, depositions, and litigation calendars
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, courts, insurance companies, and medical providers
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems

COMPENSATION


Compensation will be market-based, corresponding to the experience level, credentials, and personal characteristics of the candidate. A full range of employee benefits will be offered to the successful candidate including: a 401(k) plan (matching provision); health, life, and optional disability insurance; vision and dental coverage, 120 hours (3 weeks) of paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, and free parking.
