Gravis Law, PLLC is seeking an experienced Senior Family Law Paralegal to join our growing Round Rock, TX metro area team. At Gravis Law, we make world-class legal services uncomplicated and accessible to the people and communities we serve nationwide.

As a Senior Paralegal, you’ll play a key role in supporting attorneys and clients across all stages of complex family law matters — from case planning and research to trial preparation and client communications. What You’ll Do

  • Manage attorney dockets and ensure deadlines are met across all case phases.
  • Draft, review, and e-file pleadings, briefs, declarations, discovery responses, and other legal documents.
  • Support attorneys with preparation for mediations, hearings, and trials.
  • Conduct legal research and assist in developing case strategy.
  • Maintain organized client files in both digital and physical formats.
  • Communicate with clients frequently and professionally, providing updates and guidance.
  • Mentor and support other support staff, sharing best practices and fostering team efficiency.
  • Participate in process improvement, forms management, and SOP development.
  • Occasionally assist with front desk coverage to ensure a seamless client experience.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of family law paralegal experience (required).
  • Paralegal certificate required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of professionalism.
  • A proactive, team-first attitude and a genuine passion for family law.
  • Notary preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
