Beverly Hills, CA – On-site, full-time in a modern office with strong support staff and direct courtroom access.
Note: Active California Bar membership and first or second-chair trial experience are required.

Job Description
- Lead all aspects of personal injury litigation from pre-suit through trial.
- Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and expert witnesses.
- Develop and execute case strategy, including motion practice and discovery.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
- Represent clients at mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences.
- Serve as first or second chair in trial—handling jury selection, direct/cross examinations, and overall case presentation.
- Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with the litigation team to maintain high standards of advocacy.
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school and active California Bar license.
- 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience with trial exposure.
- Strong trial preparation, strategy, and courtroom advocacy skills.
- Exceptional research, writing, and case management abilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple cases effectively.
