Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Injury Attorney in Garden City, NY. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of advocating for clients who have suffered injuries due to accidents or negligence. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex legal processes, secure rightful compensation, and achieve justice. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment committed to professional growth and excellence. We are looking for an experienced and aggressive personal injury attorney with 3-5 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including court appearances, depositions, drafting pleadings, motion practice, conducting legal research, and handling all discovery.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers to negotiate settlements and advance cases through the litigation process.
• Must have exceptional legal writing ability and conduct thorough legal research.
• Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions, mediations, and trial testimony.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with court deadlines, procedural rules, and statutes of limitation.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure the best outcome for plaintiffs in personal injury cases.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of New York, with an active license in good standing.
• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in personal injury.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong case management and litigation skills.

Job Type: In Person, Full Time, Monday-Friday.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00+ per year based on experience
