Location:
Beverly Hills, CA – On-site five days a week in a vibrant, central location surrounded by top restaurants, shops, and courts.
Note: Active California Bar membership is required. Candidates must have prior experience handling personal injury litigation.

Job Description
- Manage all aspects of personal injury litigation from intake to trial.
- Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions with precision and strategy.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
- Prepare clients and witnesses for trial and represent them in court.
- Collaborate with the litigation team to develop case strategies and deliver results.
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership.
- 1+ years of personal injury litigation experience required.
- Strong negotiation, advocacy, and communication skills.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple cases.
- Trial experience or readiness to gain trial exposure.
