Key Responsibilities

• Manage a robust caseload focused on First Party Property and General Liability defense.
• Lead significant litigation events, including complex depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Provide strategic direction on high-exposure cases and manage key client relationships.
• Act as a mentor and escalation point for junior attorneys, providing guidance on file strategy and litigation tactics.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years of active litigation experience.
• Specialty: Deep expertise in First Party Property and General Liability.
• Courtroom Skills: First-chair or substantial second-chair trial experience is highly preferred.
• Business Development: A portable book of business is a strong plus, though not strictly required.
• Licensure: Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
