Position Overview

The Senior Litigation Associate will work directly with Partner Jaclyn Gallian and the civil litigation team on high-stakes litigation while managing their own docket with significant autonomy. Cases range from business and commercial disputes to labor and employment defense, premises liability, product liability, and toxic tort defense.

We’re looking for someone who can handle complex cases with confidence, communicate effectively with clients, and contribute to the continued growth and excellence of the firm.

Position Details

• Salary starting at $180,000, plus substantial bonus opportunities
• Expected billable hours: 1,800

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of civil litigation from inception through trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery with precision and strategic foresight
• Manage hearings, depositions, and client communications with professionalism and confidence
• Provide thoughtful, solution-oriented legal advice aligned with client goals
• Participate in and contribute to firm business development initiatives

• You have 8+ years of civil litigation experience, ideally with first-chair or lead responsibility on significant cases
• You’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
