Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Key Account Manager role. The Senior Key Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of high-value client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact to understand client needs, address issues, and identify opportunities for growth. In this role, the individual will develop and execute account plans, analyze performance metrics, and provide strategic recommendations to strengthen client relationships and drive revenue. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions, preparing reports and presentations, and participating in client meetings and reviews. The Senior Key Account Manager will also support contract negotiations, monitor market trends, and contribute to continuous improvement of account management processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Account Management and working with Key Accounts, with a track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning abilities to evaluate account performance, forecast opportunities, and develop strategic account plans.
  • Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to respond to client needs promptly and professionally.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in a client-facing, revenue-focused role, preferably in recruitment, professional services, or a related industry.
  • Ability to work on-site,, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in ccchemical engineering, pulp and paper science, etc.
  • Comfort with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (or similar productivity software); familiarity with data reporting or dashboards is a plus.
