Senior Information Technology Associate

The Atlantic Group has partnered with an asset management firm in the Los Angeles area. They have an immediate need for an IT Associate to join their team. This position is a full-time contract role that’s no less than a year in length.


Reporting To: Vice President, Technology Services

Location: Los Angeles


Responsibilities:

-Provide Tier 2 technical support to end users via phone, email, Microsoft Teams, and ticketing systems.

-Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, Office 365, and mobile device issues.

-Serve as the escalation point for Tier 1 support and provide hands-on deskside assistance.

-Image, deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and related hardware.

-Support conference room technology, audio/visual equipment, and meeting setup.

-Document, track, prioritize, and resolve support tickets through completion.

-Create and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation.

-Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.


Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree and/or CompTIA A+ certification required.

-5+ years of experience in an IT support or help desk environment.

-Financial services industry experience.

-Strong experience supporting Office 365, Outlook, Windows operating systems, iOS devices, and Microsoft Intune.

-Knowledge of computer hardware, imaging tools, software deployment, and diagnostic utilities.

-Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
