Sr. FP&A Analyst, Operations / Site Finance

Location: Mountain Top, PA

Comp: $120K–$125K

I’m partnering with a growing Fortune 500 industry leader that is adding finance talent across multiple locations after a recent acquisition.

This role will support a manufacturing site with budgeting, forecasting, KPI analysis, reporting, and business partnership. It’s a great fit for someone who wants to be close to operations and help leaders understand what is driving results.

What you’ll focus on:

• Bottom-up monthly forecasts and annual budgets
• Weekly and monthly reporting packages
• KPI and variance analysis
• Cost savings, profitability, and efficiency opportunities
• Business partnership with functional and operational leaders

Ideal background:

• 3+ years of finance, FP&A, accounting, or operational finance experience
• Strong P&L knowledge
• Experience supporting forecasts, budgets, and management reporting
• Ability to work cross-functionally and explain financial results clearly
