Senior Financial Analyst

hyrUP's client is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to assist with financial analysis/modeling, develop management/sales reporting and conduct variance analysis. This Financial Analyst will play a significant role in modeling the company's revenue and expense forecasts while identifying growth-drivers within the business

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams across the organization (including Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Product) to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning models.
• Support forecasting and performance analysis related to recurring revenue streams, sales productivity, pipeline activity, and other key operational metrics.
• Work with commercial and executive leadership teams to develop reporting and dashboards that provide actionable insights into business performance and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain and analyze customer and market data, including market opportunity sizing, customer penetration trends, and campaign performance analysis.
• Lead expense tracking, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling to assess business unit profitability and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Marketing to evaluate campaign effectiveness, analyze customer acquisition and digital marketing spend, and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Assist in the preparation of executive-level presentations and materials for quarterly reviews, strategic planning sessions, and leadership meetings.
• Support strategic finance initiatives, including financial modeling, investment analysis, and evaluation of potential acquisition opportunities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting or related field
• 4+ years' of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel is required; Oracle ERP, EPM, SmartView experience preferred.
• Strong quantitative financial skills
• FP&A experience in a large company or SaaS environment is preferred
