WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field required; a master’s degree is preferred
  • 3 years of experience in financial, business analysis or accounting, ideally within real estate development, construction, or project finance.
  • Strong Excel modeling skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Advanced knowledge of finance theory, including a solid understanding of DCF analysis, IRR, and other valuation methodologies.
  • Practical understanding of financial statements.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills, comfortable working across cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple project simultaneously.
  • A methodical approach and keen attention to detail.
  • A strong worth ethic and proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

YOU WILL:

As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in participating in the corporate planning and reporting process. You will analyze and support debt and equity transactions, and be a part of the team that executes Intracorp's investment and development strategies for townhome, apartment, and condominium projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating, analyzing, and reviewing proformas, budgets, cash flows, and partnership models.
  • Supporting capital markets and accounting leadership in the creation and oversight of the Company's business plan and shareholder reporting.
  • Participating in the risk assessment and review of the Company's real estate development operations.
  • Modeling debt and equity structures to optimize project returns and mitigate risk.
  • Collaborating with the acquisitions team to evaluate real estate and equity investment opportunities across Austin, Newport Beach, and Seattle.
  • Supporting the underwriting, marketing, due diligence, and closing of project finance loans and equity partnerships for both for-sale and rental developments.
  • Providing financial analysis and strategic support to operational teams to guide development decisions.
  • Developing and maintaining a variety of financial and management reports.
  • Participating in capital market initiatives and special projects.
  • Researching and monitoring trends in financial markets.
  • Conducting research and ad-hoc financial analyses as needed.
