The position is a hybrid role with the expectation to be on-site 4 days/week near Fort Washington, PA.
Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for financial analysis including recurring monthly and quarterly reporting, as well as annual budget compilation. A strong background in accounting is preferred to ensure effective compliance with required reporting protocols. Additionally, provide administrative support of the FP&A planning and reporting system.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by the company to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to the company or our clients.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly consolidated reporting for senior leadership.
- Prepare FP&A required quarterly compliance reporting.
- Prepare consolidated financial reporting used for quarterly board package reports and for the annual Operating Budget.
- Support the administration of the FP&A reporting and planning system.
- Ad hoc analysis as requested by senior finance leadership.
- Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong PC skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting and analysis.
- Meet deadlines as set by management.
- Able to successfully balance multiple projects and priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external clients including senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required, master's and/or CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of accounting and finance work experience
