Compensation

  • Salary Range: $100,000 – $115,000 annually


Role Overview

This position provides financial planning and analysis support primarily for wholesale and export business units, with additional involvement in new product initiatives, industry data management, and ad hoc analytical support. The role partners closely with finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver forecasts, performance insights, and decision-support analysis across a large, multi-channel business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, forecast, and analyze profit and loss statements supporting wholesale residential, wholesale commercial, and export segments representing approximately $1.2B in annual revenue
  • Partner with finance colleagues to meet forecasting cycles, reporting deadlines, and strategic analysis deliverables
  • Collaborate with business leaders to assess operating performance, profitability trends, and customer programs
  • Own and maintain selected statistical drivers and assumptions used in forecasting and long-range planning tools (BPC/OneStream)
  • Prepare executive-level financial packages, including variance analysis and price/volume/mix/cost bridges, with clear business insights
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to forecast accuracy, margin analysis, and finance process optimization
  • Provide financial analysis for new product development projects, including P&L impact, balance sheet and cash flow considerations, and post-launch performance tracking
  • Assist with industry data loads and reporting, including shipment and market data
  • Conduct customer and program profitability analyses to support pricing, upsell, and national account strategies
  • Provide periodic budgeting and reporting support to manufacturing and distribution operations as needed
  • Perform additional analytical or reporting tasks as assigned


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • 5–8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis with exposure to accounting systems
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with business partners without direct authority
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret, model, and summarize complex financial data
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation practices
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Proven ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of financial systems such as SAP, BI tools, BPC, or OneStream preferred
  • Experience with Tableau or similar reporting tools preferred
  • Manufacturing industry experience preferred
  • Master’s degree and/or CPA or CMA certification preferred
