POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and business decision-making across the organization. This position focuses on evaluating financial performance, developing insights around revenue and cost drivers, and partnering cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives and overall business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze financial performance, including revenue, COGS, and P&L trends, providing actionable insights to support business decisions
- Perform cost analysis and margin evaluation to identify opportunities for improved profitability and operational efficiency
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning efforts
- Develop financial models and conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and analysis to enhance visibility and accuracy of business performance
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, or accounting
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights to non-finance stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems/ERP tools
