Senior / Executive Medical Director – Immunology & Inflammation

A growing, globally backed biotech is building out its U.S. immunology clinical development function and looking for a Senior or Executive Medical Director to help help shape the franchise.

The company is advancing a differentiated biologics pipeline across autoimmune and inflammatory disease, with programs spanning multiple high-value immunology pathways and indications.

This role will lead clinical development strategy across early-stage immunology programs, including protocol design, indication prioritization, biomarker strategy, KOL engagement, medical oversight, and cross-functional development planning.

Ideal profile:

• MD or MD/PhD
• Strong immunology, autoimmune, rheumatology, dermatology, allergy/immunology, or respiratory inflammation background
• Phase 1/2 and proof-of-concept clinical development experience
• Biologics or antibody-based modality experience preferred
• Comfortable helping build a U.S. clinical development function from the ground up
