Location: Altamonte Springs, FL (Orlando area) – Hybrid (Mon/Wed/Thurs; potential flexibility for highly qualified candidates)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $110,000 – $205,000 + up to 15% performance-based bonus



About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a nationally recognized, mission-driven healthcare organization to identify an Executive Director, Partnerships. This newly created, corporate-level role will sit at the national level and play a critical part in shaping and elevating the organization’s partnership strategy across markets


This is a highly strategic position focused on big-picture leadership, portfolio optimization, and national brand alignment. The ideal candidate brings experience managing large-scale partnership portfolios for well-known consumer brands and thrives in a highly matrixed environment.


What You’ll Be Doing

Strategic Partnership Leadership

  • Lead the evolution of a national partnership strategy across multiple markets
  • Advise regional teams on investment strategy, prioritization, and growth opportunities
  • Evaluate and optimize existing partnership portfolios to improve impact and ROI
  • Identify opportunities to scale successful local partnerships nationally
  • Introduce innovative partnership concepts and future-forward opportunities


Portfolio Oversight & Brand Alignment

  • Ensure a consistent national brand presence across all partnership activations
  • Establish governance, standards, and best practices across markets
  • Align partnership execution across regions to create a unified approach
  • Partner with marketing and communications teams on cohesive storytelling


Sports, Entertainment & Strategic Partner

  • Oversee partnerships across sports, entertainment, community, and business organizations
  • Guide contracting, valuation, and activation strategies
  • Provide oversight for high-profile sponsorships and large-scale activations


Operational Excellence & Infrastructure

  • Build structure and visibility across partnership investments and assets
  • Develop centralized processes, reporting, and governance models
  • Create a comprehensive inventory of partnership assets and contracts
  • Partner cross-functionally to build ROI dashboards and performance tracking
  • Help establish a national partnership council


Strategic Marketing & Consumer Engagement

  • Oversee integrated marketing connected to partnerships, including digital, social, experiential, and community initiatives
  • Support awareness and volume-driving strategies across key initiatives
  • Leverage data and research to inform decision-making and identify new opportunities


Executive Influence & Collaboration

  • Influence stakeholders across markets without direct authority
  • Build strong relationships with executives, physicians, and cross-functional teams
  • Act as a change agent, driving alignment, innovation, and long-term strategy
  • Mentor and guide teams while fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment


What We’re Looking For

Required Experience

  • 10+ years in partnerships, brand strategy, sponsorships, or integrated marketing
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Proven track record managing large-scale partnership portfolios and brand activations
  • Strong experience with budgeting, ROI analysis, and investment strategy
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment


Preferred Background

  • Experience with national consumer brands, sports organizations, entertainment companies, or large consulting firms
  • Backgrounds such as enterprise brands, sponsorship agencies, or media/valuation firms are highly relevant


Key Skills

  • Executive presence with strong communication and storytelling ability
  • Strategic thinker with both creative and analytical strengths
  • Deep understanding of partnership strategy, sponsorships, and brand governance
  • Strong financial and operational acumen
