The Director of Events & Partnerships is responsible for leading the strategic planning,

execution, and growth of NB Endeavors LLC’s events and sponsorship initiatives. This

position plays a critical role in driving event success, maximizing sponsorship revenue,

building long-term partnerships and delivering high-impact experiences that align with the

company’s brand, mission, and business objectives.


This role is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and revenue-driven, requiring a strong

expertise in event management partnership development, operational leadership, and

entrepreneurial thinking. The Director of Events & Partnerships will work cross-

functionally with operations, marketing, vendors, sponsors, contractors, and executive

leadership to ensure successful execution of all events and partnership initiatives.

The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter with strong sales instincts, exceptional

relationship-building skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure while managing

multiple projects simultaneously.


Event Strategy & Execution

● Lead the planning, organization, and execution of company events, conferences, trade

shows, retreats, and other related experiences

● Oversee event timelines, budgets, logistics coordination, vendor management, and

operational execution

● Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure seamless event logistics and

exceptional attendee experiences

● Manage event production schedules, deliverables, and operational workflows

● Anticipate and proactively resolve operational challenges before and during events

● Ensure all events are executed professionally, on schedule, and within budget

● Support onsite event leadership during live events and activations

● Maintain high standards of hospitality, professionalism, and brand representation

throughout all event experiences


Sponsorship & Partnership Development

● Prospect, secure, and manage sponsorship and partnership opportunities for all

company events and initiatives

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, exhibitors, advertisers, and

strategic partners

● Create sponsorship packages, pricing structures, and partnership opportunities

designed to maximize revenue growth

● Prepare sponsorship proposals, presentations, and partnership materials

● Collaborate with the Chief Finance & Operations Officer regarding sponsorship

negotiations and contract execution

● Oversee sponsor fulfillment to ensure all contractual deliverables and expectations are

met

● Maintain accurate sponsorship pipelines, reporting, and partnership records

● Develop innovative partnership strategies and identify new revenue opportunities

● Work to consistently meet or exceed sponsorship revenue targets, business objectives,

and established KPIs


Marketing & Cross-Functional Collaboration

● Partner with the Director of Marketing & Communications on sponsor deliverables,

promotional campaigns, and partnership visibility initiatives

● Collaborate with internal teams to align event branding, sponsor integration, and

attendee engagement strategies

● Ensure sponsor activations and branding opportunities are executed according to

agreed-upon expectations

● Contribute to event growth strategies and audience engagement initiatives


Leadership & Operational Management

● Lead contractors, vendors, volunteers, and event support teams to ensure operational

success

● Manage vendor relationships, event contracts, and event-related budgets

● Develop and implement processes that improve efficiency, communication, and event

performance

● Monitor event outcomes, sponsorship performance, and operational effectiveness to

identify areas for improvement

● Assist executive leadership with strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned


Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered

● Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in event management, sponsorship sales,

healthcare events, trade shows, conferences, or related industries

● Proven experience in sponsorship development, revenue generation, and relationship

management

● Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously

● Experience managing event budgets, vendors, contractors, and operational logistics

● Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

● Demonstrated strong leadership, accountability, and decision-making in fast-paced

environments

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and event

management platforms preferred

● Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

● Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability


Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the Chief Finance & Operations Officer.


Compensation

This position is a full-time exempt role and includes a competitive salary plus structured

commission and bonus opportunities tied to sponsorship revenue performance, event

success metrics, and achievement of established KPIs.

Travel Requirements

● Up to 25% Travel is required based on company events and business needs

● Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and extended event

schedules

● Ability to stand and move throughout event venues for extended periods of time

● Ability to lift and transport event materials up to 25 pounds, as needed
