Location: Near Philadelphia, PA (Relocation Assistance Available)

We are partnering with a growing and well-established commercial roofing company seeking a Senior Commercial Roofing Estimator to join their team. This is an in-house position with minimal field work, supporting a wide range of commercial and industrial roofing projects.

Position Overview:

The Senior Commercial Roofing Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates, including take-offs, material lists, labor costing, and pricing analysis. This individual will collaborate closely with the sales team and field technicians to develop and finalize project scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed take-offs and prepare comprehensive estimates for commercial roofing projects
• Develop material lists, labor calculations, and pricing reviews
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to define project scope and ensure accuracy
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to produce competitive bids
• Utilize estimating software to improve efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

• Solid experience estimating commercial roofing projects
• Knowledge of roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, and metal
• Proficiency with estimating/takeoff software such as RoofCAD, Bluebeam, or similar tools preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary up to $150,000, depending on experience
• Relocation assistance available
