Residenital Roofing Estimator

We are a commercial and residential re-roofing company completing 1,000+ roofs annually and actively scaling toward our next phase of growth. As we continue building a best-in-class sales and operations infrastructure, we are seeking a high-performing Residential Roofing Estimator to play a critical role in protecting margin, driving efficiency, and supporting our expanding sales force.

This position is not administrative — it is strategic. The right candidate will directly impact revenue performance, profitability, and operational excellence.

The Role

The Residential Roofing Estimator is responsible for producing highly accurate, timely, and profitable estimates for retail and insurance restoration projects. This individual will serve as a key bridge between Sales and Operations, ensuring every project is scoped correctly, priced strategically, and prepared for seamless production execution.

You will operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment where precision and ownership are expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive residential roof estimates for retail and insurance projects
• Analyze insurance carrier scopes and identify discrepancies or missed opportunities
• Ensure proper code compliance and required upgrades are included
• Maintain margin integrity across all projects
• Deliver estimates within established turnaround timelines
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, and Supplements teams
• Identify process improvements to increase estimating efficiency and accuracy
• Support leadership with pricing strategy insights and cost trend analysis

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3+ years of residential roofing estimating experience
• Proficiency with Xactimate and aerial measurement platforms
• Strong understanding of steep-slope roofing systems and field conditions
• Experience reviewing and negotiating insurance scopes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volume
• Clear communicator who thrives in a structured, KPI-driven environment

Compensation & Growth

• Competitive salary: $75,000–$95,000 (experience-based)
• Performance-based bonus structure tied to margin and efficiency
