Location: Long Beach, CA
Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 (DOE) + Annual Bonus

Beach Front Property Management, Inc. is continuing to expand its Commercial Division, currently managing a diverse portfolio of 500,000+ sq ft (around 27 properties) across retail, industrial, and mixed-use assets.
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced professional who is ready to take ownership of a growing portfolio while also helping us build and elevate the commercial platform for the future. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both hands-on operations and strategic growth and wants to be part of a company where they can make a real impact alongside the department.
