Grace Development Inc. is a multi-state real estate development and property management company headquartered in Nashville, TN. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee our growing portfolio of retail and office assets across Tennessee, Florida, Texas, New York, and Colorado.


About the role


This is a senior-level position responsible for the day-to-day management and long-term performance of commercial properties within our portfolio. The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of experience in retail and office property management, strong tenant relationship skills, and the ability to operate independently across a multi-state portfolio with a high degree of ownership.


Responsibilities


Lease administration- Manage lease execution, renewals, amendments, and expirations across the commercial portfolio. Maintain accurate lease abstracts and critical date tracking.


Tenant relations- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial tenants. Proactively manage communications, address concerns, and support tenant retention.


Vendor & maintenance management- Oversee vendor relationships, service contracts, and maintenance coordination. Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard and capital projects are executed on time and on budget.


Budgeting & financial reporting- Prepare and manage annual property budgets, monitor operating expenses, review CAM reconciliations, and deliver accurate monthly financial reporting to ownership.


Qualifications


6+ years of commercial property management experience, with a focus on retail and/or office assets

Strong understanding of commercial lease structures, CAM reconciliations, and lease administration

Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and oversee maintenance operations

Experience preparing and managing property-level budgets and financial reports

Comfortable managing assets across multiple states and time zones

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Yardi proficiency is a strong plus
