We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Service Associate to join a growing wealth management team supporting high-net-worth individuals, families, and business clients. This role is ideal for a client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering closely with financial advisors to deliver an exceptional client experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative, operational, and client service support to financial advisors
  • Coordinate new client onboarding, account openings, transfers, and account maintenance activities
  • Process money movement requests, advisor-directed trades, and other account transactions
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Support financial planning activities, client review meetings, and follow-up action items
  • Maintain CRM records and client data while ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Research account and security information through custodial and back-office systems
  • Monitor required minimum distributions (RMDs) and assist with retirement plan-related service requests
  • Develop and maintain operational workflows and support continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure all client documentation meets regulatory and firm compliance standards


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience supporting financial advisors within a wealth management, RIA, broker-dealer, or similar environment
  • Experience working directly with high-net-worth clients
  • Strong understanding of account administration, transfers, and client service operations
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with financial planning software such as eMoney is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism
  • Bachelor's degree preferred


Preferred Qualifications

  • Series 7 and 63 licenses
  • Experience with Morningstar Advisor Workstation
  • Familiarity with Kestra platform
  • Series 24 license
  • Knowledge of 401(k) plan administration and participant support
