Senior Business Product Manager – Patient CRM

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Product Manager – Patient CRM to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of customer-facing digital products focused on patient engagement and relationship management.
This role is ideal for a strategic product leader with proven experience owning CRM or customer engagement platforms, driving cross-functional alignment, and delivering measurable business outcomes from concept through launch and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Patient CRM product suite
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation through launch and optimization
- Drive innovation and experimentation using customer insights, market trends, and performance data
- Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Operations, and Business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions
- Integrate capabilities across Access Solutions, Population Health, and Customer Engagement platforms
- Define product priorities, success metrics, and adoption strategies
- Gather user feedback, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and continuously improve user experience
- Present recommendations and roadmap updates to executive leadership
- Mentor junior product, program, or operations team members as needed
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Product Management experience with increasing ownership and leadership responsibility
- Proven experience owning product vision, roadmap, and delivery for customer-facing digital products
- Strong experience with CRM or customer engagement platforms such as Salesforce, Veeva, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business functions
- Experience launching products/features and driving measurable adoption, engagement, or growth outcomes
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile product development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Healthcare, Pharma, Biotech, HealthTech, or Patient Services environments
- Knowledge of patient engagement journeys, CRM ecosystems, and digital health solutions
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
This is a fully onsite role requiring availability to work 5 days per week onsite. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate.
