We are seeking a Senior Bankruptcy Attorney with 8+ years of experience to join a well-established and growing practice in White Plains, NY

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex bankruptcy matters, including Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases
• Represent creditors, lenders, and/or trustees in bankruptcy proceedings
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and court filings
• Appear in bankruptcy court and handle contested matters
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on insolvency-related issues

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of bankruptcy experience
• Licensed to practice in New York
• Strong litigation and courtroom experience
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $250,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
